A hydraulic full-flow HDL-h valve with electric activation regulates the oil flow for the control valve to either 100% or 20% of the nominal oil flow. In case of a capacity (load or stability) of 90%, a signal is sent via the RCL to the HDL-h valve, and the valve changes from 100% to 20% nominal oil flow.
